The NCA sought submissions on the draft Plan Amendment 102 – HUME CIRCLE PRECINCT by 3 February but this deadline has now been extended to 17 February 2026.
The GNCA understands that the NCA had been in discussions
with at least one developer about planning issues related to Hume place.
