Given the draft Amendment 102 by the National Capital Authority raises significant concerns for nearby residents and property owners and as the deadline for comment was extended the GNCA has submitted the attached more comprehensive response. In summary, the GNCA believes that Draft Amendment 102 should be withdrawn by the NCA and finds the justifications for the proposal put forward by them completely unconvincing.
